  01最新總線伺服控制技術(shù)采用最新總線伺服控制技術(shù)：每個(gè)印刷單元均有 4 套電機(jī)按需分工協(xié)作， 3 套 伺服電機(jī)和 1 套步進(jìn)電機(jī)控制，其中 3 套伺服電機(jī)分別控制網(wǎng)紋滾、印刷版輥、 水冷輥  確保高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)套印準(zhǔn)確，1 套步進(jìn)電機(jī)配合視覺全自動(dòng)套印系統(tǒng)，無需人工干預(yù)，亦可實(shí)現(xiàn)全自動(dòng)的控制。

  Utilizing the latest bus servo control technology: Each printing unit is equipped with 4 sets of motors that collaborate on-demand, including 3 sets of servo motors and 1 set of stepper motor. Among these, the 3 servo motors respectively control the anilox roller, the printing plate roller, and the water-cooled roller to ensure accurate registration during high-speed operation. The 1 set of stepper motor works in conjunction with a fully automatic visual registration system, enabling fully automated control without the need for manual intervention.

  Adopting a new petal-shaped structure and scraper system, it improves the common drawbacks of flexographic printing machines:*lmproved the issues of in misting and “meteor shower” effects during high-speed flexo printing,as well as ink overflow and splashing on the edge of the anilox roller.*Only the amount of ink used in a "single cup" can be used to start proofing, which no waste of ink, saving costs.as well as provide greater flexibility and efficiency for printing factory.

  03印刷壓力調(diào)節(jié)快捷方便印刷輥采用承載式，換輥時(shí)無須調(diào)節(jié)壓力，特殊作業(yè)時(shí)最多微調(diào)。

  Printing or ink transfer pressure adjustment is quick and convenient: the printing roller adopts load-bearing type, and there is no need to adjust the pressure when changing the roller. At most, fine-tuning is required for special operations.

  04智能不停機(jī)系統(tǒng)可選配不停機(jī)收放卷系統(tǒng)，支持手動(dòng)/自動(dòng)接紙，提高生產(chǎn)效率；全視覺自動(dòng)套印系統(tǒng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)套印和數(shù)據(jù)保存，返單時(shí)可一鍵調(diào)取，自動(dòng)套準(zhǔn)。
